Definition
The mainstream use of clothespins is to hang up clothing that is drying after being washed. They are usually hung a clothing line, but can be fastened to anything that they can clamp on to. They are made of a few different materials. Some are made out of plastic, but most are made out of two pieces of interlocking wooden prongs held together by a metal coil or spring.
Clothespins are also used for various BDSM activities- things like tit, cock, and skin torture are some of these activities. When participating in tit-torture, participants inflict pain on the whole breast, nipples, and or areola, receiving sexual pleasure from it.
Safety
While practicing BDSM, the skin may be pierced when using clothespins. This is especially true when flagellation occurs. Keep pins on as long as you would like, but beware that bruising will occur.
