CBT is a sadomasochistic act involving the torture or mutilation of the male testicles. There are several items that may be used with CBT such as, ball locks, cock harnesses, and testicle cuffs. CBT can be used as a form of bondage, or as a disciplinary action if needed. Some people receive intense pleasure when receiving CBT even though it can be extremely painful.
