The act of worshipping an object is to hold a manmade object in such high regard that a person shows reverence to it. Object worship can be done in various ways depending on the item. Popular items of worship include shoes, sexual toys, stockings, panties, gloves and items made of materials like leather, silk and satin. Those who worship an item sexually may become so aroused that mere contact with the object will be enough to achieve orgasm. True object worship is done willingly and not through the command of a dominant.
