Body Suspension

Definition

A form of sexual bondage where a person is hung from one or more overhead suspension points.

Safety Concerns

One of the major risks with this type of suspension is falling. Especially if a person is hung upside down, if they land on the head, it can cause paralysis or death. Nerve damage and circulation problems can result as well. Extracting a person from the bondage can prove to be difficult in some situations, a spotter should be present to remove the person from the bondage situation in case of an emergency. Be careful to check the bindings to ensure blood is flowing through and that the skin is not being intensely damaged.
