Trampling is one of the more well-known BDSM fetishes often associated with the more common foot fetish and humiliation niche. It is replete with a diversity of D/s applications across gay and straight subcultures, most often associated with femdom (straight) and sneaker/skater (gay) applications.

The submissive is made to lay on the ground with hands bound or by the side and then stepped on by the Top/Dom(me), either sensually by controlled and repetitive pressure and breath play under weight, or more aggressively -- actually taking the pain from the heavy trodding, stomping and/or kicking from the master above.

A strong psychological and physical bond is established between top and bottom where dominant power and control is vented and transferred into the unprotected, powerless submissive below.
