[Catsuit]
Definition
Zentai is a Japanese term referring to a skintight suit used to cover the entire body. Zentai suits are most often made of nylon/spandex, which makes it a favorite for those into spandex fetishism. Zentai suits are sometimes made in a metallic fabric and are mostly always made to be colorful, dramatic and unusual. Many Zentai fetishists are after the experience of total enclosure or as a form of sexual bondage. Other Zentai fetishists use it as a way to enjoy exhibitionism anonymously. In order for a body suit to be considered Zentai it must include a hood that completely covers the face. Without the hood the body suit is referred to as a catsuit. Generally Zentai suits should have no face holes but they are sometimes given eye or mouth holes for practical purposes.
Safety Concerns
Due to the fact that Zentai suits are mostly made without face holes it can be difficult to see and breathe depending on the fabric used.
